Welcome to Lornin (“Lornin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), an image stitching application designed to help users seamlessly combine multiple images into continuous visual compositions. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms governing your access to and use of the Lornin app and related services (the “Service”). By using Lornin, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
Lornin is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who do not meet these criteria.
Lornin provides a focused set of tools for creating extended image compositions. Through the Service, users can:
• Upload multiple images and stitch them into long-form visuals
• Choose between horizontal and vertical stitching modes
• Save completed stitched images to their device
• Browse example content on the home interface
• Access and review previously created stitching history
The Service is designed for simplicity, allowing users to transform separate images into cohesive visual sequences.
You agree to use Lornin responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, process, or store using the Service.
You agree not to:
• Upload images without proper rights or permissions
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the app
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and stitch using Lornin.
4.2 Limited Processing License
By using the Service, you grant Lornin a limited and temporary right to process your images solely for the purpose of:
• Enabling stitching and composition features
• Supporting saving and history functionality
Lornin does not claim ownership of your content.
Lornin may store your stitching history locally or temporarily to enhance your experience. You are responsible for saving your final outputs, as stored data may be cleared periodically.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, belong to Lornin or its licensors.
You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Lornin may collect limited technical and usage information to operate and improve the Service. By using the app, you consent to such data practices. We aim to minimize data collection and prioritize user control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding:
• The quality or accuracy of stitched outputs
• Compatibility with all image formats or devices
• Continuous availability of features
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lornin shall not be liable for:
• Loss of images or stitched content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any issues arising from saving or sharing generated images
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service poses risks to the platform or others
You may stop using Lornin at any time.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
